**Refunds will not be given for shipping delays with Lettermail shipping.**
If you require a photo print by a certain date within the next 2 weeks, please allow for expedited (tracked) shipping.
Lettermail service has resumed as of December 19th 2024. Please expect delays as they catch up.
Simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5 flat rate shipping within Canada. Your order is shipped in a protective cardboard photomailer.
Lettermail is not a tracked or guaranteed delivery service. There is no tracking with this method, and no delivery day guarantee.
If you wish your order quickly, or date guaranteed, please order with Expedited parcel or Expresspost. Calculations are available on the cart page. We can also ship Purolator, UPS, Canpar and ICS, usually under $20. Please contact for a rate.

Within Ottawa - up to 2-4 business days
Within Ontario - 4 to 5 business days
Outside of Ontario - 6-10 business days.
Business days DO NOT include the day of mailing or weekends.

Local pickup is porch pickup only, do not come for pickup until you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Ottawa, Ontario. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
