If you require a photo print by a certain date within the next 2 weeks, please allow for expedited (tracked) shipping.

**Refunds will not be given for shipping delays with Lettermail shipping. **

Canada Post lettermail is the least expensive way to ship, and is a flat rate of $5.00. Your order is shipped in a protective cardboard photomailer.

Lettermail is not a tracked or guaranteed delivery service. There is no tracking with this method, and no delivery day guarantee.

If you wish your order quickly, or date guaranteed, please order with Expedited parcel or Expresspost. Calculations are available on the cart page. We can also ship Purolator, please contact for a rate.

Examples of shipping transit times:

Within Ottawa - up to 2-4 business days

Within Ontario - 4 to 5 business days

Outside of Ontario - 6-10 business days.

Business days DO NOT include the day of mailing or weekends.
